ABOUT ME :D

Hello! My name is Lukaszborges, I am a self-taught Brazilian 3D artist.My journey in 3D began when I was 10 years old in 2014. I've always been someone interested in art until one day I discovered the incredible world of 3D. Inspired by Minecraft intros and Five Nights at Freddy's, I decided I would be a 3D animator. With a terrible PC and a dream, I downloaded C4D and started playing around and doing it as a hobby. As the years went by, in 2019 I started to enter the world of modeling, but very slowly. I made some FNAF models just for fun. In 2020, I got my first commission for a channel called Tryhardninja, where I was commissioned to animate 2 music videos, and thanks to that, I was able to build my first computer for work. As the years went by, I ended up leaving animation and focusing 100% on studying and 3D modeling of characters and assets.
Finally, in 2023, I left the FNAF community and decided to challenge myself and leave. From my comfort zone, I started modeling all sorts of things that interested me, and I've continued doing so to this day. I've had some modeling and animation jobs over the years, but I only truly improved when I started challenging myself to learn new things and continue evolving. My hobby became my job, and I have a deep passion for it.
I focused on learning character and prop modeling of all kinds, always aiming to learn more and understand better.I work with:
Rigging
Prop modeling
Character modeling
UV mapping
Texturing
Basic sculpting and blockouts
I still have difficulty with:
Hard surfaces
Sculpting an entire character from scratch; I tend to model everything and sculpt later.
Scripting
and simulations like muscles or water.
I work with: Blender (any version) and Substance Painter.
Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to study Unreal Engine much and I don't have access to ZBrush or Maya.
Besides that, I'm someone who loves and adapts very well. Well, in teams, I tend to ask questions and try to work as closely as possible with my colleagues to achieve a satisfactory result with the fewest possible problems in the asset so that the team can use it! I am very open to feedback and changes.In short, I tried to say as much as possible about my work. I am self-taught and not a professional with a degree; I had to learn on my own through testing and exploring ideas. I still don't know what my level is, but I strive to be a dedicated professional.I am a person who tends to ask a lot of questions; I like to clarify my doubts as much as possible so I don't have to worryBefore I finish, here are some personal facts about me:I never wanted to study photorealism; honestly, I find it boring. I prefer to focus on stylized things, like: Spider-Verse, Wild Robot, Arcane, or even 3D Anime.I like the freedom and how the expressions are exaggerated, making everything more colorful, expressive, and unique without any limits.I'm a calm person who prefers to only speak when necessary at work.
